At Podmojo, our priority is to ensure a satisfying and smooth experience for all users. Our refund policy clearly specifies the conditions and terms under which subscription plan refunds are available.

1. Subscription Plans

Podmojo provides various purchase options, including monthly and yearly subscription plans, and one-time topups. This document clarifies the specific refund rules that apply, promoting transparency and equitable treatment for all users.

2. Monthly Plans Refund Policy

Our monthly subscription refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward: Users can request a refund if they have used 50% or less of their designated minutes, or 100 minutes, whichever comes first, within the current 30-day billing period.

Note that refunds apply only to the current 30-day billing period and are not available for previous periods.

Examples:

Jane's Scenario: Jane is on a Starter plan with 160 minutes per billing period. With her current billing period 10 days in and 60 minutes used, Jane qualifies for a refund since she has used less than 80 minutes (50% of her plan) and has not exceeded the 100-minute limit.

John's Scenario: On the Agency Plus plan with 2000 minutes, John's billing period began 10 days ago, but he has used 400 minutes. Although under 50% of his plan's total minutes (1000 minutes), he surpassed the 100-minute threshold, making him ineligible for a refund this billing period.

3. Annual Plans Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions require prepayment for a year, offering cost savings with two complimentary months included.

Refund Eligibility: Users may seek a refund within the first 30 days of starting their annual subscription.

Full Refund Scenario: If a user consumes less than 50% of their minutes or up to 100 minutes, whichever comes first, in the first month, a full refund will be granted.

Eg. Jane's Scenario: Jane's Starter Annual plan costs $120, providing 160 minutes every 30 days for one year. With only 60 minutes used 10 days into her current billing period, she qualifies for a full refund, having not surpassed 80 minutes (50% of her plan) or the 100-minute mark.

Prorated Refund Scenario: If over 50% or more than 100 minutes are used in the first month, a prorated refund for 11 months is possible.

Eg. John's Scenario: On the Agency Plus Annual plan costing $1,380, John receives 2000 minutes every 30 days. Having used 400 minutes 10 days into his term, despite staying under the 50% (1000 minutes) of his total minutes, John's use exceeded 100 minutes, granting him a prorated 11-month refund of $1,265.

4. One-Time TopUps Refund Policy

Our One-time topup credits are non-refundable, if the credits have been used already at the time of requesting a refund. If the credits are not used, the credits are 100% refundable.

5. Refund Process

To apply for a refund, users must email our support team at support@podmojo.com with the subject "Refund Request," including the account-associated email.

Refunds will be issued to the initial payment method, excluding any processing or transaction fees incurred.

6. Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests outside the specified time frames within this policy.
  • Requests stemming from changes in podcast content, branding, or subjective issues unrelated to service performance.

Podmojo retains the right to amend this refund policy. Users will receive updates via email or on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review the policy regularly.
